Logan Farrell

Logan Farrell is the Co-founder and CTO of Rugged Robotics, a Houston-based construction technology firm dedicated to bringing intelligent automation to commercial construction. With seven years of experience in robotic design and development at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Logan has led significant projects in robotic manipulation for spacecraft and dexterous robotics for perception, cognition, mobility, and manipulation. Armed with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s from Rice University, Logan’s academic prowess is evident in his thesis exploring the efficiency of cycloidal drives. Beyond his professional endeavors, he mentors high school students in the FIRST robotics program, nurturing the next generation of innovators.
