Pricing Questions
How does billing work?
Monthly invoicing with net-15 terms. No long-term contracts required. You pay monthly for the hours and role you selected, and can adjust as your needs change.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend a 90-day initial period for proper onboarding and integration. This gives your VA time to learn your systems, build SOPs, and reach full productivity. After that, month-to-month.
What if I need to scale up or down?
Adjustments can be made with 30 days notice. Adding a second VA is straightforward since your onboarding process and SOPs are already documented from the first placement. Scaling down follows the same 30-day notice.
Are there setup fees?
Yes — there is a one-time $1,500 setup fee. This covers recruiting, screening, construction-specific training, and a structured 2-week onboarding so your VA hits the ground running. After that, it is just the flat monthly rate.
