Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in remote or virtual teams
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong judgment in evaluating talent, cultural fit, and long-term potential
- Proactiveness and motivation
Nice to have
- Experience hiring for roles in the construction industry
- Familiarity with virtual assistant companies or outsourcing models
- Prior HR work with Latin American or Filipino teams

- Build and maintain pipelines for top-tier talent across Latin America and the Philippines.
- Onboarding and Retention
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are motivated and equipped for success.
- Use your galvanizing skills to inspire and engage team members, cultivating a culture of commitment and accountability.
- Strategic HR Management
- Partner with leadership to refine policies, improve communication, and drive organizational goals.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking attendance, performance, and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on HR matters, from conflict resolution to professional development.
- Proactive Problem Solving
- Identify gaps in current HR practices and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure processes are in place to maintain a seamless flow of operations in a fully remote environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 3+ years in Human Resources
- Experience in Virtual Assistant companies.
- Familiarity with construction industry roles and challenges is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to hire and manage talent across Latin America is a plus.
